About Peaceful Valley

Peaceful Valley is the largest donkey rescue in the United States and a world leader in improving the Plight of Donkeys.  Peaceful Valley provides education to donkey owners, hosts thousands of school age children in order to teach them compassionate living, and actively rescues donkeys throughout our Country.

The Adoption Program

The donkeys of Peaceful Valley come from all regions of the United States as well as all types of backgrounds.  Abused and neglected domestic donkeys as well as wild burros who lost their habitat are medically treated, gentled and trained.  All as a part of the program to move them into loving, caring homes.
