Animal Science Center
ASC, or Animal Science Center, is a division or our organization that deals with the health of our animals as well as the advancement of medical science for all species. We have dedicated nearly 10 acres in the center of the ranch to accommodate the holding pens, alleyways, squeeze chutes and quarantine area. In the near future, a surgical building and proper laboratory will also be constructed in this area. Animal research does not have to be cruel! At Peaceful Valley, the majority of our work is done through the examination of feces and blood. The only "cutting" done on our facility is performed on deceased animals so that we might determine cause of death and the behavior of the parasites that so often kill them when left untreated.
