Peaceful Valley is always looking for new property where we can place donkeys on sanctuary or produce hay for our ranch based donkeys. As a non-profit charity we are not always able to pay full price for these properties. Many people who have these properties would like to receive some compensation for the sale.
One transaction that is mutually beneficial to the organization as well as the property owner is a Bargain Price Real Estate Transaction. In this type of planned gift, the Rescue purchases the property at a heavily reduced price and the owner is able to deduct the difference in price form the fair market value from their taxes.
