There is a pen that holds what appear to be three very friendly and healthy donkeys. “Why are these poor souls separated?” we are often asked. “Because”, we rely “they are knuckleheads”. Killian, Ritchie and Mr. Stubbs are masters of escape. They can open gates or if that fails, they will simply break the fence. These donkeys were responsible for three full fledged , red alert, call in the troops donkey releases at our old ranch. On three separate occasions, through three separate set of conditions these fellas released over 200 donkeys. They have now been given what we hope is an escape proof enclosure where when thy finally do escape, it will only be the three of them that have to be returned.
