Life Estates
Many people are surprised to learn that they can transfer the ownership of their property to Peaceful Valley and receive a tax deduction on the value of the property. The Donors are then given a Life Estate where they remain on the property for the rest of their life.
In some cases where ranch property is involved, Peaceful Valley can begin using the property immediately for the benefit of the donkeys. This allows you the peace of mind knowing that your gift is being used to its fullest benefit while maintaining your security.
