Our Mission
Peaceful Valley’s Mission is to provide a safe and loving environment to all donkeys that have been abused, neglected or abandoned and wild burros under threat of destruction.
Peaceful Valley strives to provide solutions to the many problems that plague these wonderful creatures by providing ethical stewardship over the funds that are necessary to fulfill this goal.

At Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue, we rescue, rehabilitate, and protect donkeys in need. PVDR EARS: Education, Advocacy, Resources, and Support
Through our EARS program, we empower communities with the knowledge and tools to better care for donkeys. From training and guidance to hands-on assistance, we’re here to support owners, prevent neglect, and ensure donkeys everywhere receive the compassion and care they deserve.
Projects
We operate sanctuaries and satellite adoption centers nationwide, lead large-scale rescue efforts, and conduct humane capture through the wild donkey habitats. No matter the scope, each initiative reflects our commitment to protecting donkeys and creating lasting, meaningful change.
